CTC issues Request for Qualifications for New Grant

Consultants needed for Congaree Coalition Assesment Project

Summary: The Congaree Coalition (City of Columbia, City of West Columbia, Columbia Development Corporation, Eau Claire Development Corporation, Columbia Housing Development Corporation and Two Notch Development Corporation) received a $1 million brownfields assessment grant in early spring 2009. The Coalition's grant management consultant, CTC, is issuing a Request For Qualifications to consultants for assistance with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, Asbestos Surveys, and Lead Based Paint Surveys. Interested consultants may obtain a copy of the RFQ here.

Proposals are due to the address specified in the RFQ at 4:00 p.m. EDT, Wednesday, September 2, 2009. Questions must be recieved by the contact listed in the RFQ, in writing, by 5:00 pm EDT, Wednesday, August 26, 2009.
