Greenville Selected to Receive $200,000 EPA Brownfield Assessment Grant

Summary: The City of Greenville, North Carolina, was selected by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to receive a $200,000 EPA Brownfield Assessment Grant to target petroleum-contaminated brownfield properties in the West Greenville Redevelopment Area. This is the second EPA Brownfield Assessment Grant received by the City. The first grant was awarded in May 2007.
