Summary: Results of the Phase II ESA were presented to the City on August 19, 2008 and to the property owner and the Brandon Acres / Cedar Terrace (BACT) neighborhood on August 20, 2008.

The City of Columbia's Hazardous Assessment Brownfield Grant paid for a Phase II Environmental Assessment (ESA) on a 6-acre parcel of property off of Drake Street next to the former Columbia Organic Chemical Corporation (COCC) site. View the Phase II Report here.
