EMES, LLC Selected to Perform Fly Ash Removal

The Town of Ware Shoals has approved the recommendation of CTC to contract with EMES, LLC, of Charleston, SC, to conduct the removal of fly ash from the former Riegel Textile Mill Fly Ash Landfill.

Summary: Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), on behalf of the Town released a Request for Proposal (RFP) to contractors interested in bidding on the removal of fly ash from the site. CTC reviewed and scored seven responses to the RFP and recommended EMES, LLC to the Town to perform the work.
