Informational Letter sent to the BACT Neighborhood Residents

Summary: CTC along with the City of Columbia sent a letter to the residents of the BACT neighborhood to inform them of the Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) activities to be conducted on the former Kahn Property located on Drake Street. The former Kahn Property is located adjacent to the former Columbia Organic Chemical Corporation (COCC) site currently undergoing a removal action by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
